What a shame! This place has a good diverse menu and plenty of good options. I got the Ruben after asking if it would look like the picture and not be sloppy. Well, the only way to describe what I got is a "disaster" that should have NEVER left the kitchen let alone made it to a table. Picking it up for even one bit wasn't even an option and the people at the table next to me could clearly see how awful it was and commented to me. The recipe (with raisin bread) and ingredients were great which is why I didn't send it back or complain. The manager was out and about the whole time but never asked me how it was even though everyone around me was well aware that I was forced to be eating their horrible sandwich with a fork and knife and even that was clearly a nightmare!! My server was good except for telling me it wouldn't be sloppy! They have an emphasis here on ginormous size and need to get realistic because most of it goes to waste and instead focus on preparation quality. See photo for disaster of a sandwich.
