I was actually disappointed by my experience there. The male working there treated me as though I had no knowledge of buying a car, and was obviously trying to screw me over on my trade in. He didn't even do an appraisal on my vehicle, but had the nerve to tell me how much it was worth based on eye-balling the car. I already had documentation of the appraised value. So much for supporting a local business. I definitely won't be back!
