They messed up my medication and I was sent to the hospital. Lack of concern for patients.
Fake medication. Misleading and dishonest sales people. They called my 71 year old uncle claiming to be a Blue Cross Blue Shield representative, recommending that he switch to DivvyDose because it was cheaper. Big mistake. He was without medicine for 2 weeks. He received 1 months worth of medication for over $50. He typically gets 3 months for less than $40. Blue Cross Blue Shield said they are not affiliated with this company in any way. He continued to receive medicine even after he cancelled. We noticed that he seemed to be unwell. Many of his well managed conditions quickly unraveled and we've thrown it all out all of it. DivvyDose is not being honest about the dosages of these medicines. He's gone back to his old pharmacy and is improving. Beware.
This pharmacy signed me up without my knowledge. They are a rip off of Pill Pack; a pharmacy I already utilize.
When I first started using divvydose I was glad to have the service. However right from the start I had some difficulties. To start with my package was sent to the wrong apartment, so I ended up not having my meds for over a week. Next one of my doctors wanted me to get some of my meds from a service located here in the state I live in. When a representative called me to verify about not getting certain meds from them I tried to tell her that only the one doctors scripts would be stopped from them due to the fact they changed alot and the doctor wanted a local service. She started getting very defensive and saying that they are local. I tried to explain to her what I meant and she kept up so I hung up. Now I'm being over charged for meds I didn't get!!! Don't get me wrong they do provide a needed service. However I strongly suggest that you keep a VERY CLOSE EYE ON YOUR BANK STATEMENTS!!!
Horrible place to work, company doesn’t treat their employees fairly. They don’t have compassion for their customers, instead they are more concerned with numbers. They have people working for them that have meth addictions and just an overall horrible experience.
