Just got home from getting wash. Bug splatters still caked on front end, and mud all along passenger side untouched. They wete busy so drove off before doing full inspection.
I was very disappointed with how the staff tried to up sell me even when I said no, I just want the basic car wash. I know that I said at least 10 times, I only want the basic wash. The questions kept coming. It was very uncomfortable and intimidating. What happened to the basic wash anyway. He told me to wipe down the inside of my car it would cost $50???? It used to be wash and wipe down the inside for a basic price. I could easily see someone getting confused and saying yes to all the charges and then shocked when they had to pay. Buyer beware!
Not a bad place for a wash if they didn't spend 5 minutes trying to upsell services. Good luck trying to get in without an everyday "special" bring offered
Terrible service. They bent the front license plate holder clear off the bumper, left sticky residue on the door, didn't clean the bumper, and left grass all over the carpet. For $30 I expect much better.
Worst car wash I have ever had. The guy tried to tell me that it would be $90 to clean at first. He never gave me the basic options. He then told me $50. Not one surface was wiped down. My weather tech floor mats were wet on both sides, which if not corrected would allow my carpet to be wet without drying. They put the floor mat back in over my gas pedal. When I fixed it I notcied standing water in my floor mats. Absolute trash, you would be wasting your $$. I spent $28 to get the outside washed. Disclaimer, I did have a lot of dog hair in it, but I did tip.
